Floodland Brewing - Incantation 2018 Wild Ale - 75 CL

Incantation is a blend of mixed culture beers refermented in pluots (from Collins Family) and red raspberries. The 2018 harvest blend is made from a rye saison fermented in second-use gin barrels, a spelt ale fermented in a third-use gin barrel, and a young wheat saison fermented in oak tank. This blend was refermented on Collins family orchard pluots along with red raspberries from Graysmarsh farm in Sequim, Washington. This beer is refermented for conditioning in the bottle.
