Meditation on Light is a blend of saison open fermented and aged in oak and re-fermented on whole organic Washington 'Red Gold' nectarines. The 2018 harvest blend is made from a blend of mature barrels, primarily open-fermented wheat saison aged in neutral oak. This blend has been re-fermented on 'Red Gold' nectarines grown in Bridgeport, Washington by Rick and Marilynn at Rama Farm Rick and Marilynn have been growing beautiful organic stone fruit on a hillside overlooking the Columbia River since 1991.
