GOLD Medal at the 2019 Brazilian Beer Festival. Appearance: Orange and very cloudy. Creamy foam with good formation and persistence. Aroma: One of the mainstays of this beer, thanks to the generous dose of double dry hopping. Intense citrus and fruity notes, reminiscent of yellow fruits like mango, orange, and passion fruit. In the background, fruity notes of Vermont yeast emphasize the hop aromas. Palate: Medium-low sweetness and medium-high bitterness, with intense hop aromas. Very juicy, reminiscent of yellow and citrus fruits. High alcohol content but reasonably balanced. Mouthfeel: Velvety body and medium carbonation. A very hoppy finish and very drinkable. Overall impression: Very juicy, intense in both aroma and flavor. Orange color, extremely hazy and opaque. Notes of citrus and fruitiness, coming from a high hop content. Very well-balanced and very drinkable.
