During our trip, the brewers couldn't miss the good company of a West Coast IPA Robusta, like a mountain, rocky and at the same time lively and refreshing like the hops the brewers used. This 6.7% IPA has an intense golden color, a transparent appearance with a creamy white head. It gives off citrus notes, resinous and certain peach brushstrokes under a layer of grassy and fresh tones. In the sip, the brewers also find the same notes, accompanied by a steep bitterness and a dry finish. Enjoy this beer with good company, and the brewers recommend pairing it with grilled meat or barbecue. Malts: Barley Malt, Wheat Malt, Oat Malt, Oat Flakes, and Barley Flakes Hops: Zeus, Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra. Dry hopping: Zeus, Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra.
