Equilibrium Swiss Bliss Stout - 50 CL

Before the brewers added more base to barrels for the second batch of the BA version, during his recent visit, the brewers, along with Brandon, made a little extra of our acclaimed brew to also release it fresh. For this beer, the brewers kept all additions exactly the same. After the base was finished, the brewers conditioned it with Brandon's favorite coffee from home in Richmond, VA; @rostovscoffee Roasted Swiss Chocolate Almonds along with almonds and marshmallow. The result is a beautifully decadent hot chocolate brownie stout, infused with a rich nutty flavor from the almonds and a slightly sweet, magical marshmallow finish with just enough coffee to cut through all the sweetness. The short version - this beer drinks like a bowl of rocky road ice cream.
