Equilibrium dHOP 5 IPA - 47.3 CL (1 pint)

dHop5 is an 8.0% DIPA that scales up one of our favorite Equilibrium IPAs: Fractal Citra/Galaxy. We scaled the grain bill, water treatment, and fermentation from Fractal and super-sized the citra and galaxy hop bill. dHop5 pours a milky straw yellow (milk>haze), releasing aromas of passion fruit, peach, lime, and pineapple all integrated with a sorbet twist. The taste is a bright creamy tropical flavor that is dangerously drinkable and balanced.
