Duchesse De Bourgogne Amber - 25 CL

Duchesse de Bourgogne from Brewery Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing beer is aged in oak barrels; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit and chocolate, and a long, dry, and sour finish. After primary and secondary fermentation, the beer matures for 18 months in oak barrels. The final product is a blend of younger beer aged 8 months with beer aged 18 months. The average age of Duchesse de Bourgogne before bottling is 12 months.
