Delirium Christmas - 33 CL

Brewed only for Christmas and New Year, Noël completes the "Delirium" trilogy. The appearance is a beautiful warm copper-red color, reminiscent of "Nocturnum", except in the taste. It hides its subtlety through multiple levels of flavor and should be approached with confidence, with a typical Christmas tone, spiced with a sweet touch and then bitterness. Color and appearance: Chestnut brown. A fine, white, creamy and wall-adhesive foam. Scent: A complex blend of caramel malt, fruitiness, spiciness, sweetness of the alcohol. Taste: High alcohol content, strong spicy, light bitterness. The aftertaste is sweet, spicy and slightly bitter.
