Delirium Christmas - 33 CL

Brewed only for Christmas and New Year, Noël completes the "Delirium" trilogy. Its appearance is a beautiful warm copper-red color, reminiscent of "Nocturnum," except in taste. It hides its subtlety through multiple levels of flavor and should be approached with confidence, with a typical Christmas tone, spiced with a sweet touch and then bitterness. Color and appearance: Chestnut. A fine, white, creamy, and clinging head. Aroma: A complex blend of caramel malt, fruitiness, spiciness, and sweetness from the alcohol. Taste: A large alcoholic presence, strongly spicy, slight bitterness. The aftertaste is sweet, spicy, and slightly bitter.
