Following the success of the 2024 edition, the brewers once again sought out the finest barrels in our barrel aging facility. This time, they turned out to be Oloroso sherry barrels from Vuurboeter, our barley wine. We have re-blended these barrels with Pikjongen that had been aged in bourbon barrels. And again this year, the brewers are extremely proud of the result! An extremely complex yet smooth beer to be thoroughly enjoyed.
