After the success of the 2024 edition, the brewers once again went searching for the finest barrels in our barrel shed. This time, they turned out to be Oloroso sherry casks from Vuurboeter, our barley wine. We re-blended these casks with Pikjongen, which had been aged in bourbon barrels. And this year, the brewers are once again incredibly proud of the result! A remarkably complex yet smooth beer to savor to the fullest.
