We call Warmouth a bootleg NEIPA because it uses an obscure but delicious yeast from Bootleg Biology. This small, alternative yeast lab from Nashville created a unique blend of fruity yeasts that work extremely well with aromatic hops, resulting in a beautiful rainbow of flavors. Each version has a different hop combination, for V7: Simcoe, Talus, Columbus Warmouth won a silver medal in the Hazy IPA/NEIPA category at the Dutch Beer Challenge 2022.
