We decided to experiment with Champagne yeast and Pinot Noir grapes. After brewing numerous batches for a year and a half, the brewers now have the perfect recipe! Vuurzee is a slightly sparkling beer with a fruity aftertaste thanks to the Pinot Noir grapes. It was a great adventure to make this beer with all the flavor notes that were so beautifully balanced.
