De Dolle Brouwers Silent Night 2017 - 33 CL

Stille Nacht is a prestigious beer from De Dolle Brouwers, brewed for Christmas. It is a very strong beer (12% alc/vol). It has been boiling for many hours, brewed with pale malt with white candy sugar in the kettle. The Nugget hop provides an extra bitterness due to its density to balance the extreme sweetness. The flavor triangle is completed with some acidity from the fermentation. It is a very interesting beer to mature. We have samples of every bottling the brewers have done so far, and aging has not diminished the quality of this beer. Store some samples at 10°C and mark the year on the cap with an alcohol-resistant pen. Cheers!!
