Boskeun is the nickname of Jo, one of the two brothers who preferred to brew blonde beer at home. It is a special Easter beer, one of the first true Belgian Easter beers. (Slaghmuylder's Paasbier was first). It is brewed with pale malt, Golding hops, cane sugar and ferments in the bottle. It is a seasonal beer, so the brewers advise against keeping it forever. The name Boskeun means Rabbit of the Wood (Virgin Wood, perhaps?) and the label depicts the last brew.
