This imperial stout was patiently aged for 18-24 months in a complex blend of Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels, alongside Brazilian Cachaça barrels from Prosa Mineira. The long maturation produces deep layers of vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, coconut and soft spices from the bourbon barrels, while the cachaça barrels contribute bright sugar cane notes, spicy nuances and a distinctive Brazilian character. Conditioned with specialty coffee, adding notes of dark chocolate, espresso and roasted nuts, and finished with peanut butter cream, giving a rich, velvety mouthfeel and a nutty sweetness that integrates seamlessly with the complexity of the barrel. Bold yet balanced, this stout delivers an intense and elegant drinking experience, where oak, spirits, coffee and peanut butter come together in a layered and contemplative barrel-aged beer.
