This stout is matured for 20-25 months in Prosa Mineira cachaça barrels and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and exhibits a distinctive honeyed character. The cachaça casks impart distinct natural honey notes, reminiscent of wildflower honey and sugarcane nectar, creating a soft, rounded sweetness that defines the beer's profile. Bourbon casks are layered with vanilla, caramel, coconut, and toasted oak, adding depth without overpowering the honey expression. Full-bodied, with integrated warmth and a long, silky finish where honeyed notes linger alongside refined wood and dark malt complexity.
