Croma Flip Flop Barleywine - 37.5 CL

This barleywine has been aged for 20 months in Jim Beam & Willet bourbon barrels and Prosa Mineira cachaça barrels, and expresses a rich and distinctive sugarcane-juice-forward character. The cachaça casks bring fresh notes of sugar cane juice, soft vegetal sweetness and a natural, rustic depth, while the bourbon casks add layers of vanilla, caramel, toffee and toasted oak. Full and warming, with a long, complex finish where the sweetness of sugar cane lingers alongside the richness of ripe malt and elegant barrel integration.
