Clover (20201223) 2020 Saison Ale - 37.5 CL

Clover (2005-2014) was an uncomplicated yet complex gray cat with whom the brewers shared an all-too-brief moment and space. Periodically, guided by her ever-present spirit, the brewers would combine our favorite barrels of Ann, Art, and Flora, with the hopeful directionality of elegance, grace, and tasteful exuberance—each a hallmark of our memory for her. The constituent components rested independently for between 16 and 27 months before their intertwined threading. As our Clover would often do, this beer took its own path and its own time to become. After two years of patient observation, a heightened, vibrant, refined reflection has emerged.
