Clover (2005-2014) was an uncomplicated but complex grey cat with whom the brewers shared an all too brief moment and space. From time to time, guided by her ever-present spirit, the brewers combine our favorite barrels of Ann, Art, and Flora, with the hopeful directionality of elegance, grace, and tasteful exuberance—each a hallmark of our memory for her. The constituent components rested independently between 16 and 27 months prior to their interwoven threading. As our Clover often would, this beer took its own path and its own time to become. After two years of patient observation, an elevated, effervescent, refined reflection has emerged.
