Chimay Premiere (Red) Magnum 2018 Dubbel - 1.5 L

First sold in 75 CL (25.4 fl. oz.) bottles, it is noted for its copper colour and as the first beer brewed by the monks of Chimay in 1862. Topped with a creamy head, it releases a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by fermentation. The palate is balanced, confirming the fruity nuances noted in the nose. The taste, which has a silky texture on the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. On the palate, it takes on a pleasant astringency, harmoniously complementing the flavors of this beer. This top-fermented Trappist beer, re-fermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized.
