Chimay Grande Réserve red 2012 - 75 CL

The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles, is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma whose complex taste improves with age. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. Particularly pleasant is this authentic Belgian beer, whose touch of fresh yeast is accompanied by a light pink, floral touch. The aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accentuates the delicious sensations revealed by the smell, all revealing a light but pleasant caramelized note. It is best served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).
