Chimay Grande Réserve 2004 Double - 75 CL

Chimay Blue Cap, known as "Grande Réserve" in 750ml bottles, is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma whose complex flavour improves with age. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956.This authentic Belgian beer is particularly enjoyable, with its hint of fresh yeast accompanied by a light, rosy, floral touch. The aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accentuates the delicious sensations revealed by the scent, all unveiling a slight but pleasant caramelised note.It is preferably served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).
