Chimay Grande Réserve Blue 2019 Quadrupel - 75 CL

The Chimay Blue Cap, dubbed "Grande Reserve" in 750ml bottles, is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, whose complex flavor improves with age. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of the Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer, whose hint of fresh yeast is associated with a slightly rosy, floral note, is particularly pleasant. The aroma, perceived when enjoyed, only accentuates the delicious sensations revealed by the scent, all unveiling a slight but pleasant caramelized note. It is preferably served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).
