Chimay Blue 2022 Trappist - 33 CL

The Chimay Blue Cap, named "Grande Reserve" in 750ml bottles, is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma whose complex flavour improves with age. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer is particularly pleasant, with its hint of fresh yeast accompanied by a slightly rosy, floral note. The aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accentuates the delightful sensations revealed by the scent, all unveiling a light yet pleasant caramelised tone. It is preferably served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).
