Chimay Blue 2021 Trappist - 33 CL

The Chimay Blue Cap, named "Grande Reserve" in 750ml bottles, is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma whose complex flavor improves with age. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. Particularly pleasant, this authentic Belgian beer, whose fresh yeast notes are accompanied by a slightly pink, floral touch. The aroma, perceived as it is enjoyed, only accentuates the delicious sensations revealed by the scent, all revealing a light but pleasant caramelized tone. It is preferably served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).
