Chimay 2024 Quadrupel - 33 CL

Chimay Blue Cap, known as "Grande Reserve" in 750ml bottles, is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, whose complex flavour improves with age. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer, with its hint of fresh yeast combined with a light, rosy, floral touch, is particularly pleasant. The aroma, perceived when enjoying it, only accentuates the delightful sensations revealed by the scent, all unveiling a slight but pleasant caramelized note. It is best served at cellar temperature (10 to 12 °C).
