Cantina Errante Nonpedro 2021 Wild Ale - 37.5 CL

100% spontaneous co-fermentation of pears, apples, and grains. No added brett, bacteria, or sour pitch. Two months of natural fermentation and acidification thanks to the microflora of fresh fruit from local heirloom varieties, three months of barrel aging, and nine months of bottle conditioning. The beer wort is made from local organic barley malt, wheat from a growing population, and aged hops.
