Cantina Errante Brun 20/22 Ramasin 2022 Wild Ale - 37.5 CL

Perpetua spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels began in 2020 and ended in 2022. The brewers then finished with fresh plums of the Ramasin heriloom variety. Released in 2025. No yeast, wild yeast, or sour pitch added.
