Cantillon Vigneronne 2018 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

The name Vigneronne Cantillon was given in 1987. This name reminds us that, although it belongs to the beer patrimony, its spontaneous fermentation, its years of maturation in barrels and the addition of grapes make it a distant cousin of certain white wines. Despite its success, Vigneronne accounts for less than 5% of the total production of the Cantillon brewery. To obtain grapes that are as ripe as possible, the brewers buy them at the end of the season. Annually, 1000 kilos of white Italian grapes are delivered to the Cantillon brewery at the beginning of October.
