Cantillon Vigneronne 2017 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

The name Vigneronne Cantillon was given in 1987. This name reminds us that, although it belongs to the beer heritage, its spontaneous fermentation, years of barrel aging, and the addition of grapes make it a distant cousin of certain white wines.Despite its success, Vigneronne represents less than 5% of Cantillon brewery's total production. To obtain grapes as ripe as possible, the brewers purchase them at the end of the season. Annually, 1000 kilograms of white Italian grapes are delivered to Cantillon brewery at the beginning of October.
