Cantillon Vigneronne 2016 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

The name Vigneronne Cantillon was given in 1987. This name reminds us that, although it belongs to the beer patrimony, its spontaneous fermentation, its aging in barrels for several years, and the addition of grapes make it a distant cousin of certain white wines.Despite its success, the Vigneronne represents less than 5% of the total production of the Cantillon brewery. To obtain grapes that are as ripe as possible, the brewers purchase them at the end of the season. Every year in October, 1000 kilos of white Italian grapes are delivered to the Cantillon Brewery.
