Cantillon Sophia 2020 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

A collaboration between Cantina Giardino and Cantillon. A blend with the pomace of Greco di Tufo grapes and 2-year-old lambic. Before being blended with the lambic, the grapes underwent a 6-month pellicular maceration in Amphora.
