Cantillon Sang Bleu 2025 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Previously called "Camerise Lambic" Lambic Blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years, the brewers have been creating a fruity blend with small amounts of cameris berries. These berries are slightly sweet with a nice acidity. We didn't have to look far for a new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-robber beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself again, creating a beautiful new label to go with his new name. A word from the brewer: Sang Bleu is powerful and very fruit-forward, yet still maintains a nice, smooth balance between acidity and astringency.
