Cantillon Sang Bleu 2024 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Previously called "Camerise Lambiek" Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years, the brewers have been making a fruity blend in small quantities with Camerise berries. These berries are slightly sweet with a nice acidity. The brewers didn't have to look far for a new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself again by creating a fantastic new label to match its new name. A word from the brewer: Sang Bleu is powerful and very fruity, yet maintains a nice, soft balance between acidity and tartness.
