Cantillon Iris 2018 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Truly unique is the Iris beer, a spontaneously fermented beer made with pure malt. It matures for two years in oak barrels and then undergoes a natural secondary fermentation in the bottle. The fresh hops give the beer a bitter taste. This characteristic, combined with the absence of wheat, forms the main difference between the IRIS and the other Cantillon beers, which are made with Lambic.
