Cantillon Loerik, or 'Lazy Boy', is a blend of one, two, and three-year-old lambic that undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle. However, Loerik takes its time... for some unknown reason, it simply doesn't re-ferment like a normal Cantillon Geuze. But over time, the yeasts gather and the beer re-ferments, resulting in an exceptionally complex and extremely rare beer.Bottling date: October 15, 2019
