Cantillon Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) 2020 No. 266/430 Lambic/Geuze - 1.5 L

Two-year-old lambic soaked with fresh HallertauMittelfrüh hops. A perfect balance is found between the natural acidity of the lambic and the refined bitterness of the Hallertau hops. In 2004, the club's management asked us to create a special beer to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the club's first Belgian championship. Cuvée 1904 was duly created, followed by Cuvée des Champions to celebrate the club's promotion to the second division in the 2004/2005 championships. Because the club hasn't consistently performed like a champion since then, it was decided to change the name to Cuvée Saint-Gilloise for the third and final time.
