Cantillon Cuvée Saint-Gilloise 2021 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Two-year-old lambic infused with fresh Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. A perfect balance is struck between the natural acidity of the lambic and the refined bitterness of the Hallertau hops. In 2004, the club management asked us to create a special beer to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the club winning its first Belgian championship. Cuvée 1904 was duly created and was followed by Cuvée des Champions to celebrate the club's status when it was promoted to the second division during the 2004/2005 championships. As the club has not always performed like a champion since then, it was decided to change the name for the third and final time to Cuvée Saint-Gilloise.
