There he is! The Bubberman 2024. Once every two years, Brouwerij KEES releases a Bubberman edition. This year too, an eisbock blend with barley wine. A big feast of flavours: part of the barley wine was eisbocked and then blended with the remaining barley wine. This resulted in a huge increase in alcohol and a gigantic flavour enrichment. After eisbocking, the brewers let the barley blend mature for 22 months on Woodford Reserve and Jack Daniels bourbon barrels.
