Antaboga's Awakening - A deep and complex imperial stout, layered with the flavours of Indonesia.Together we set out to create a beer that offers something truly unique, while remaining deeply comforting. Eight different malts build a thick and smooth backbone, which is complemented by a nutty and velvetty layer of the black rice. Gula Djawa offers a nice notes of deep caramel and a little touch of smoke. Fresh pandan leaves, leaf a longing almost tropical sweetness. Lastly a very little rawit chili brings it all together with a subtle finish that embraces you like a warm hug. Bold & culinairy. A collab as good as the beer itself.Alon-alon waton kelakon.
