With the help of our friends at Koppert Cress, the brewers have found the perfect cress to combine with beer. This cress provides a slightly spicy and fresh citrus character. In addition to an oriental touch, the Szechuan peppers also provide a slight tingling sensation on the tongue without being too spicy.
