This barrel aged Imp. Milkstout is characterized by 4 flavors, vanilla, burnt caramel and chocolate and a light sourness. The vanilla is enhanced by the maturation on the Balcones barrels and the combination with the burnt caramel and the lactose makes it resemble liquid crème brûlée. The chocolate and the light sourness on the other hand provide a liqueur bonbon experience which gives this beer a unique character.
