A 6.2% IPA brewed with Nectaron, Elani and Citra.Nectaron brings ripe peach, passionfruit and citrus, while Citra adds layers of grapefruit, lime and tropical fruit. Elani adds its own character to the mix, bringing bright citrus, tropical fruit and subtle floral notes alongside the more familiar Citra and Nectaron profile.Like a Markov Chain, each hop builds on what comes before it, creating a sequence of flavours that moves from one note to the next.
