Brasserie De La Senne Bruxellensis Reserva 2025 Wild Ale - 33 CL

You know our bruxellensis, a complex beer brewed with an indigenous Brussels yeast that the brewers found in the "wild" nature of Saint-Gilles: the famous Brettanomyces bruxellensis. We have created a version of this beer that can mature for several months in old red wine barrels: the Bruxellensis Reserva. The result is a flavorful festival of red and black berries: wild strawberries, candied cherries, blackberries, and blueberries. It naturally has some woody notes, and the Brett adds not only fruity notes but also accents of aged leather. The finish is dry with a delightful bitterness. A winey and complex beer that is at the same time very refreshing and easy to drink.
