There were grizzly bears and blueberries! There were DeLoreans! There was no time to explain!We applied that absurdly delicious finishing touch to a blend of Fundamental Observation barrels filled in 2020, 2021, and 2022, and then blended it with a chewy, lactose-based sweet stout for a liquid that can only rightfully be called: More Time to Explain!Huge aromas of ripe blueberries and sweet maple syrup provide waves of blueberry pancake-filled nostalgia. Bright blueberries open the palate, then oak vanilla from beans and barrel hits the mid-palate, tempering the sweetness of a long, maple-rich finish. Lactose contributes to a creamy mouthfeel on a velvety base that drinks like Sunday morning of a three-day weekend.
