Bokke Pruim Reine Claude 2019 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

1, 2, and 3-year-old lambic with 3 types of Reine Claude plums. The fresh, overripe, aromatic plums for this beer were harvested in Hageland (Belgium) and Northern France. The plums exquisitely conveyed their graceful yet complex harmony to us. With this fragility in mind, the brewers blended the plum lambic, striving to translate the fruit's elegance and radiance into the beer. Made with lambic aged in barrels that previously held Müller-Thurgau wine, which gives the beer a smooth vinous finish.
