Collaboration with Ehren "Sensei" Schmidt in Mikkeller Baghaven. We brewed a traditional saison together and once we arrived in Belgium, it was mixed with lambic of 1, 2 and 3 years old and matured in Würzer barrels. Bottled February 2019.
