Bokke Apricot 2019 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with 3 types of apricots from the Rhône Valley in France and fresh passion fruit from Sicily. After a few years of smuggling passion fruit in suitcases from far away, the brewers in Sicily came into contact with Antonino. He is a young farmer who started growing passion fruits a few years ago. Under the southern Italian sun, Antonino grows passion fruits until they are fully ripe on the vines, to achieve the best organoleptic quality. Mixed with apricots, this makes for a very refreshing summer blend.
