Bokke Apricot 2019 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

1, 2 and 3-year-old lambic with 3 varieties of apricots from the Rhône Valley in France and fresh passion fruit from Sicily. After a few years of smuggling passion fruit in suitcases from far away, the brewers got in touch with Antonino in Sicily. He is a young farmer who started growing passion fruit a few years ago. Under the southern Italian sun, Antonino grows passion fruit until it is fully ripe on the vines, to achieve the best organoleptic quality. Blended with apricots, this makes for a very refreshing summer blend.
