Bofkont Lady In Red 2024 Lambic/Gueuze - 75 CL

1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with a small variation of Spanish plums. In 2022 the brewers tasted a small beautiful plum from Spain, the smell and taste was heaven on earth. In 2024 the brewers again had the opportunity to have a small amount of plums. This year the brewers mixed the plums with a small amount of black muscat lambic that has aged for a year in a Bordeaux barrel.
