Bofkont Lady In Red 2024 Lambic/Gueuze - 75 CL

1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with a small variation of Spanish plums. In 2022, the brewers tasted a small, beautiful plum from Spain; the aroma and taste were heaven on earth. In 2024, the brewers again had the opportunity to use a small quantity of plums. This year, the brewers blended the plums with a small amount of black muscat lambic that had aged for a year in a Bordeaux barrel.
