Bofkont Dancing In The Moonlight 2023 Lambic/Gueuze - 75 CL

1 to 4 year old lambic with apricots from the Ardèche in France & Spanish wild white peaches. The brewers blended the fruit lambic with Riesling grapes harvested in 2021 from the Mosel in Germany, which had aged in barrels for 2 years.
