The "Witteke" is a traditional beer from days gone by. It was characteristic of breweries on farms.The artisanal brewers used the best ingredients from their own harvest. Blanche de Bruxelles owes its natural cloudiness to the presence of wheat (40%). During the brewing process, natural aromas are added: coriander and dried orange peel.When tasting, you will notice the freshness and refinement, typical of this special witbier. The brewing method, in which hot water is gradually added, takes a long time.Like all other Lefebvre beers, this beer is not filtered. If served correctly, it yields a cloudy beer with a white head.
