Blanche Bruxelles Witbier - 75 CL

"Het Witteke" is a traditional beer of yesteryear, characteristic of farmhouse breweries. Artisan brewers used the best ingredients from their own harvest. Blanche de Bruxelles owes its natural cloudiness to the presence of wheat (40%). Natural aromas are added during the brewing process: coriander and dried orange peel. When tasting, you'll notice the freshness and refinement typical of this special witbier. The mashing method, involving the gradual addition of hot water, is a lengthy process. Like all other Lefebvre beers, this beer is unfiltered. When served correctly, it produces a cloudy beer with a white head.
